Attorney Tope Habib is the Managing Member of The Law Offices of Habib Law Firm. Ms. Habib has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Immigration law, Employment Discrimination and Bankruptcy law cases. She has over 11 years’ experience working these cases and she uses her extensive background to provide effective analysis of clients matters. Been an immigrant herself, Ms. Habib understands the travails of migrating to another country, so she fights aggressively for the rights of her immigration clients from the Department of Homeland Security to the District Courts until Justice is achieved.
Ms. Habib has experience in various aspects of business immigration, including employment-based permanent residence and nonimmigrant visas, as well as marriage-based immigration and citizenship matters. Ms. Habib received her Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from University of Ibadan, one of the top universities and she became licensed to practice law by the State of New York in 2006 She is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court, Northern and Eastern District of Texas . Ms. Habib is a member of the American Bar Association and New York Bar Association.
